What to Eat For Better-Than-HCG Diet Success
Better-Than-HCG Daily Meals and Recipes
You will be consuming three meals a day (approximately 1000 calories). If you want to lose weight faster, you may choose to take in fewer calories than what is suggested below. For best results consume 150 to 200 calories for breakfast, 250 to 275 calories for lunch with a 100 to 225 calorie snack in the mid-afternoon and a 350 to 400 calorie dinner.
Breakfast
- Take Better-Than-HCGTM Diet Drops (1⁄2 dropper).
- Take 1/2 dropper of Ultra6 B12 Complex.
- 1-cup cereal (only Special K, Total, or Cheerios) and 1-cup of skim
- milk or 2 eggs with 1 45-calorie piece of sliced toast. Or one-half cup of oatmeal (not instant) with 3 tbsp of Almond Milk or Skim Milk
Lunch
- Take Better-Than-HCGTM Diet Drops (1⁄2 dropper).
- Take 1/2 dropper of Ultra6 B12 Complex.
- 8-oz Protein (please weigh before cooking) from our approved food list (below) or 1.5-cups nonfat cottage cheese. 2-cups cooked or raw vegetables from our list and 1-cup fruit from approved list.
Snack
- Take 1 dropper of WeightLoc.
- Sugar-Free Sweet Pickles and White Turkey Breast or one-half of a low-carb protein bar (200 calorie or less protein bar equaling 90 to 100 calories) or an apple with one-half cup of cottage cheese or 100-calorie bag of popcorn.
Dinner
- Take Better-Than-HCGTM Diet Drops (1⁄2 dropper).
- Take 1/2 dropper of Ultra6 B12 Complex.
- 10-oz Protein (please weigh before cooking) from our approved food list or 1.5-cups nonfat cottage cheese. 2-cups cooked or raw vegetables from our list and 1-cup fruit from approved list.

Most spices should be used. Avoid using butter, fat or oil. Pam cooking spray may be used for cooking food. Salt may also be used. Vinegar, lemon or lime may be used liberally. Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, picante sauce, and horseradish sauce are allowed in moderation. When using these spices, make sure there is NO SUGAR CONTENT (Sugar substitutes containing 0 calories may also be used)
