HCG food list - What to Eat For Better-Than-HCG Diet Success

The Better than HCG meal plan includes eating meals three times a day and a snack for a 1000 calories daily. Eating less calories per day will maximize your weight loss, but it is essential to eat three meals a day and a snack, if so desired. The recommended daily calorie intake for each meal is as follows: Breakfast calories are 150 to 200; lunch calories are 250 to 275, dinner calories are 350 to 400 and mid afternoon snacks are 100 to 225.

Breakfast

  • Take 18 Better Than HCG Diet Drops™
  • Take 18 B12 Drops
  • 1-cup of cereal (only choose from Cheerios, Total or Special K) and 1 cup of milk (skim) or 2 fresh eggs with 1 piece of toast containing no more than 45 calories. Or 1/2 cup of (not instant) oatmeal with 3 tablespoons Skim or Almond milk.

Lunch

  • Take 18 Better Than HCG Diet Drops™
  • Take 18 B12 Drops.
  • 6 to 8ounces of Protein (weight prior to cooking) from the HCG food list approved and noted below
  • 1-1/2 cups of cottage cheese, non-fat
  • 2 cups of raw or cooked vegetables from the approved list.
  • 1 cup of fruit from the approved list.

Snack

  • 30 minutes before your snack, consume 1 full dropper of WeightLoc™
  • You may consume a maximum of 200 calories. It is permissible to include such foods as: Sweet Pickles (sugar free only), Turkey Breast (white), 1/2 of a protein bar (low carb only), or apple along with 1/2 cup of Cottage cheese or popcorn (not to exceed 100 calories).

Dinner

  • Take 18 drops of Better Than HCG Diet Drops™
  • Take 18 drops B12 Drops
  • 6-8 ounces of Protein (weight prior to cooking) from the approved HCG food list
  • 1-1/2 cups of cottage cheese (non fat)
  • 2 cups of raw or cooked vegetables from the list of Better than HCG diet foods
  • 1 cup fruit from approved list.

Seasonings and Condiments

Avoid oil, fat and butter when preparing food, but other spices are allowed. If you use cooking spray, use Pam. Salt is permissible, but very sparingly. Lemon or lime and vinegar may be used to taste. For additional spice, horseradish, picante sauce, soy sauce or Tabasco sauce may be used in moderation. Be sure there is no sugar content in the spices added to the food, although zero calorie sugar substitutes may be used. It is essential to choose foods from the approved Better than HCG diet foods.
